The Cocoon saddle box was developed as part of the Delta Bike project. It is a patentable evolution of the humble saddle bag. This lightweight carbon fibre enclosure enables a rider to carry not only provisions and spares but also a full selection of tools (in the form of a dedicated "Swiss army knife" type set) cunningly stowed behind the in-built rear light. The styling ergonomically blends the saddle with the seat post and features a quick release mounting.
